Harrogate Memories

In partnership with Sporting Memories we are starting a new weekly reminiscence session in Harrogate.

The aims are to encourage those who like to talk about social and sporting experiences to share this with a group. Also for this new established session to be accessible and a support for those who have dementia, alzheimers or those caring for friends or family.

Sessions are delivered and co-ordinated by Community Foundation staff, with assistance from volunteers and local agencies.

After the reminiscence we are also looking to get participants active with some games and activities to try. (Participation is optional)

The weekly session starts on Friday 28th February, 1:30pm start at St Marks Church, Leeds Road, Harrogate, HG2 8AY
